With Poforonee to your letter B.261/8 of 24th
March enclosing copy of a letter of the 19th March from the
Colonial Office in watch Lord Crewe requests to be furnished
with our observations upon the proposals in connection with
the proposed station at Kowloon new put forward by Sir E.
Lugard, we have the honour to report as follows.
In our report of 20th August 1908, we recommended
that the permanent station should be placed between Masdonne11
and Robinson (Nathan) Roads as shown on plan scheme A.
which accompanied our report, but suggested the possibility.
of building a temporary station on the same site.
After further consideration when Mr. A.J. Bar
was in the Colony it was decided to build a temporary
station on the site between Robinson (Nathan) Road and
BesVoeux (Chatham) Road, but at the same time ao quirin
